Phpswitcher fcgi apply

Dear all,

I hope somebody could help - i have installed some extension, how do i apply the php settings with fastcgi php7?

Because i have the problem in php scripts that they found apcu, memcached .. But cannot work with it not writable for example

I think it is regarding apply the settings but i get the second command from the wiki " # psw%version%-fpm restart" not working, always no such file or directory .. Debian 8

This is all done from my server hoster and it is working good with php5.6 & php7

The only thing is how to apply the settings, please kindly help me
