You can fix the problem as follow:

# mkdir -p /var/www/imscp/gui/data/persistent/softwares/sw_depot/
# wget -P /var/www/imscp/gui/data/persistent/softwares/sw_depot/ http://app-pkg.i-mscp.net/dokuwiki_2011-05-25a_de.tar.gz

Once done, rerun the installer.
