i-MSCP 1.3.x - Browser compatibility

Because i-MSCP 1.3.x will require AngularJs which is not compatible with IE < 9, i-MSCP will nowautomatically warn users about outdated (unsupported) browser versions.

For instance, an user which uses a incompatible version will see:
