Weird error after editing file

I am seeing this error al the time when doing perl ./imscp-autoinstall after having edited the Addons/piwik.pm file
Did anyone find a similar issue, I am quite sure it must be something silly, but I'm stuck.

By removing all the contents on the temporary folder the issue was fixed, it was probably a file that didn't get deleted whe re-copying the content to the temporary folder.
