I have to change the SPF and TXT record for all domains ,in this way

TXT "v=spf1 a mx ptr ip4:xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx mx:mail.xxxxxxxx.xx ip4:xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/29 -all"

how can i do ? and especially how not to reset the changes made and an update occurs?

I need to import the emails sent from one server to another, effetturare the tar of the same I can not see the output bandwidth of the server itself, so I thought about fetchmail, does anyone know how to set it for all domains without having to individually set all the configuration file?
