hmmmm, bei mir tritt der Fehler nicht auf. Habe den aktuellen Trunk drauf. Wenn ich einen reseller bearbeite, kann ich das feature aktivieren und deactivieren ohne Probleme. 
zurzeit ist der trunk hier nicht so doll...
Ein paar kleinere Fehler, aber ansonsten läuft er eigentlich stabil. Bei mir läuft der Trunk produktiv.
Es sind alles in allem nur kleinere Probleme, die einfach gelöst werden können

Lol. This happens, when noone will admin the Server and the used Script Is to old, without Security Updates :). They used joomla 1.0.x
In Trunk, the PHP.ini Editor is available. What Variables do you miss. Maybe we can improve it.
For me, i miss:
It would be great if, the Admin/Reseller also can add Addons like ZendOptimizer
