My /etc/apt/sources.list file is as follows:

In Folder sources.list.d are two files:
File 1: /etc/apt/sources.list.d/Jessie_sources.list

Shell-Script

deb http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian jessie main contrib non-freedeb-src http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian jessie main contrib non-free

File 2: [[tt]/etc/apt/sources.list.d/Jessie-stable-sources.list[\tt]

Help I can not seem to complete the install!?

I am a newbie to the project and wishing this is what I have been looking for.

I have spent over 9 1/2 hours trying to install the package and keep failing.

My Specs are as follows:
OS: Linux
Distrib: Debian Server
Arch: amd64
Code Name: Jessie
Release: 8.5

ERROR OCCURRED:

I have tried many different remedies found on Google and all have failed.

Installed all missing modules from Perl. NO EFFECT!
Installed Perl via dh-make-perl. Failed.
Installed Perl via CPAN. FAILED.

PLEASE HELP!
