Where can I find the new paid versions?

I purchased the LetsEncrypt plugins on the plugin store using my paypal. the payment has been regularly debited but on my profile the plugins is not actived and not active for download. I have to do something else ?.

I installed Phpswitcher 3.0.6 on i-mscp 1.4.7 in a new debian 8.7.1
I compiled php 5.5.38
When I change the version in the domain, the status changes to [onchange] and remains locked in this state.

I also tried Phpswitcher 3.0.6 on i-mscp 1.4.7 in a new 16.4 ubuntu but the result is the same.

Has anyone encountered this problem?
