i have some problems while updating from i-MSCP 1.1.0-rc1 released to i-MSCP 1.1.0-rc1.3 released i get the following error message:

I did it like that on my Ubuntu 32 bit machine:
# aptitude update && aptitude install git-core
# cd /usr/local/src
# git clone git://github.com/i-MSCP/imscp.git
# cd imscp
# perl imscp-autoinstall

When i press ok it just says:

i would like to secure my webserver especially the Databases a little. Not only by using a long username and password for the Database connection.

Now I have a i-mscp webserver in the DMZ Zone. Is it possible to set up a Database Server in the LAN Site?

Hello everybody!

i have a i-scpCP 1.0.6 Installation running on a physical Ubuntu Server.
Is there a easy possibility to migrate this machine to the new i-msCP without having the root SQL password of the old machine? I just have to admin and reseller of i-isCP and the Server password.

I have not documented the password a few years ago.

Denn ich habe nochmals probiert und nun scheint es mir so, dass i-mscp automatisch die auskommentierten Einträge in /etc/postfix/imscp/domains wieder überschreibt.

und somit der Mail Status auf bounced gesetzt wird...

maybe the imscp_daemon is running twice? How can i check that?

i have a general problem with imscp and Ubuntu. If I make any change in the GUI of imscp the Modification is not processing.

I need to start the "imscp-rqst-mngr" manually.
So i type

/var/www/imscp/engine/imscp-rqst-mngr

in the console

Just after that the modification ist done by imscp.

I am using a Server with the following software configuration
- Ubuntu 12.04 LTS 64bit - now with mininal GUI (Acronis)
- imscp 1.0.3.0 STABLE
- Acronis 11 Image Backup

I installed the Ubuntu mininmal GUI to do and manage an Image Backup easily with Acronis Backup&Restore on an external drive.

I guess that its not working since i installed the GUI of Ubuntu.

Does anybody know the problem or any ideas to solve the problem? or to see a log file?

bei der Installation von der aktuellen Beta Version erhalte ich nach Eingabe der Meldung

Ist in diesem Fall ebenfalls diese Datei auszutauschen, denn Sie ist ja im aktuellen Download der Beta bereits enthalten.

ahh ok scheinbar wurde es im allgemeinen doch nicht erledigt, denn scheinbar existiert hierzu ein offizielles Ticket im System:

external mailserver relay_domains

ehm ne ipv6 hab ich noch nicht, habs nun auch mal zum testen deaktiviert aber das nimmt er auch nicht so.

auf dem Server wurden sonst keine DNS Settings definiert. GUI oder System Konfig. etc.

Hab nun mal zum testen auf beta1 aktualisiert. Da gibts ja im GUI die neue Möglichkeit für externen Mailserver.
Dort funktioniert die Geschichte nun ohne Probleme.

Muss es nochmal auf ner VM o.ä. mit dem alten testen, aber gehe davon aus, dass bald die Stable dazu rauskommt
