i just realized after a new backup the chmod 0644 is set allready

the files in the backup directory have chmod 0640 also not visible for the user they should have 0644 to be visible and downloadable for the user

you´re right.
there was a ftp-cache problem at clients side. -
but then is: Webtools / Daily backup
and the description:
Instructions to download today's backup
Login with your FTP account
Switch to backups/ directory
Download the files stored in this directory
(usually named backup_YYYY_MM_DD.tar.bz2)
Restore backup
Click the Restore button and the system will restore the last daily backupuseless for the user.

1) i ad. one ipv6 in the system
2) ad. the ipv6 to the reseller
but how to ad. ipv6 to a domain? -
