Ein bißchen genauer dürfen die Infos schon sein, denn hellsehen kann hier leider niemand. Und umso spärlicher die Infos sind desto weniger Hilfe wirst Du bekommen.Grüße

on my i-MSCP 1.2.6 with RoundcubePlugins 1.2.1 I have no problems.
The RoundcubePlugins dont use own settings to connect to the database. They use the Roundcube-Config located at /var/www/imscp/gui/public/tools/webmail/config.

Why the folders are not created is strange. Especially it is a fresh installation.Greets
