I currently have 1.1.0-beta1 installed on a test server (admittedly a home server set up for the exclusive use of testing THIS software).
As you can see by going here*, and choosing either of the test packages,** the captcha at the end remains case sensitive even after supposedly being "fixed" in the version I am using.
*The domain is just a random sub-domain of one of my currently active ones. I recommend that you don't get curious 
**(Test2 was just never removed after I found out you don't have any billing software)
