I Think, the Main Target is to show, how easy get access only during a Call to the Provider. In the Case of MyBB, the Hackers transfered the Domain mybb.com (Remember, they bought it 2 years ago for over 3000 Dollars
) and changed the DNS -
really hope the service providers, give their employees some training in IT security. at work we aren't even allowed to reset a user if he is standing right next to us, unless we get a mail from him or his manager as well. And my god if we do it, hell, and fury will rain upon us
