Hi just wanted to share this small ioncube install script. it should work for all Debian/Ubuntu releases (correct me if not)
Just change the php version to match your system.
And if using php5-fpm do a restart of that manualy.

- file=/usr/lib/php5/20090626/ioncube_loader_lin_5.3.so
- chmod 644 $file
- echo zend_extension=$file > /etc/php5/conf.d/zend_extensions.ini
- chmod 644 $file
- chown 0:0 $file
- service apache2 reload
