Ticket #1042 (Serial and contents in DNS zone aren't updated) created

    Hi,

    I discover a bug/malfunction with latest update I've done, the serial isn't updated anymore on any DNS zone change.

    For example, while adding a subdomain, the zone is modified to add this new subdomain but serial isn't incremented.
    If I delete the subdomain, it will remain in the DNS zone file (and serial still not updated).

    I reproduce that bug on Debian 6.0.9 and 7.4.0 (fresh install).

    The install I made of i-MSCP is similar to the installation I have (except I don't install from iSPCP), so to reproduce, here is the way to do:
    Base install => imscp-1.0.3.0
    Then update follow this order:

    • imscp-1.1.0-rc4.3
    • imscp-1.1.0-rc4.7
    • imscp-1.1.0
    • imscp-1.1.3

    While we arrive to the v1.1.3, create a new domain (or use an existing one), add a subdomain, delete it.
    cat /var/cache/bind/DOMAIN.db => Will not be updated
