500 internal error as sending newsletter

    hello,



    we are trying to send newsletter with shopware , but getting error message all the time :


    Error 500!


    /backend/Newsletter/cron
    Internal Server Error!


    I have tried to reduce the number of mails to send by cron from 1000 to 10. it doesn't work as well.


    I tried to replace the seceiver list with our test receiver. it looks working.




    imscp and fcgi version coming.


    pls check and give me a feedback. thanks a lot in advance.

    take a look into your Apache Error logs. There should be the error listed ;)


    But i bet this has nothing to do with i-MSCP. Please contact first the Support if Shopware ;)

    is there any limit if > 50000 newsletters? it looks so.

    Unforturenately this is only the access log. hosting provider said the error log of appache is empty, cause 500 error could not be retrieved.

    Da Du aus München bist, können wir glaub deutsch weiter machen :) Bei nem Error 500 ist normal immer was im Error log der entsprechenden Domain :)

    das habe ich mir auch gedacht. da es aber um einen managed und shared-server handelt und hoster keinen ssh-zugang ausliefert, kann ich nur das angeben, was er mir liefert.
