    We can only help if you give us informations about your system.
    This will mean:
    * System-OS
    * i-MSCP version

    Then explain in full sentense where you have a problem, otherwise we can't help you

  • * System-OS Debain 6 squeeze
    * i-MSCP version 1.0.3.0
    like my post above

    -telnet dowen

    -cannot connect mysql

    -when go to add domain ,i was delete it before, got [[Domain with that name already exists on the system.]]
    thank you in advance

  • Telnet down is normal. If you activate this you open the doors for everyone..
    Can you check the /etc/mysql/my.cnf for the paramter "bind-address"?
    Maybe there is another ip than "127.0.0.1".
    If there is another ipaddress you can't connect with localhost!
    Are you sure that the domain not exist?

  • thank you for help ,
    -Telnet down is normal. If you activate this you open the doors for everyone..just now i know that thanks.

    -bind-address is 127.0.0.1

    -im sure that domain not exist, because i delete it before

    -/etc/resolv.conf is
    nameserver 127.0.0.1

    nameserver 8.8.8.8

  • Take a look in the database imscp => domains.
    Is the domain still available?

    The problem with your mysql... Did you changed the default mysql port 3306?

    I didn't changed mysql port 3306.

    please how i can login imscp DB ?

    Despite the fact that we like help everyone, I really think that in such a case, we must simply answer: GOOGLE IS YOUR FRIEND or RTFM, and not to try to help more. The purpose of our forum is not Linux in general. We are here to provide support for a specific software, which *should* be used by "confirmed" administrators only. These last weeks, I've seen too many threads/posts in which we lost our time because in most cases, the problems were coming from the user, and not from i-MSCP itself. Our community is growing every days and it's a good thing. Therefore, we cannot continue to explain the same thing again and again. Giving an answer to such a question above doesn't help more. Internet is plain of documentation and the better way to learn is to search alone.

    To resume here, my official words is: Please, do not answer such a questions. Of course, everyone do as he want. ;)
