Letsencrypt Plugin install fails

  • Hi,

I just purchased the Letsenrypt PlugIn.

    The installation fails with:

    Code
    1. Plugin::LetsEncrypt::enable: E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages. at /var/www/imscp/gui/plugins/LetsEncrypt/backend/LetsEncrypt.pm line 266.

    thx and regards

  • It's not directly related to the plugins, your setup is broken.

    Try:

    Code
    1. dpkg --get-selections | grep hold

If that gains no result try "apt upgrade", it should tell you which package is broken.

  • Hi,

There was no output.. and system updated without any problems..

    But still the same Error.

    thx and regards

    Please do the following:

    1. Edit the /etc/imscp/imscp.conf file and enable the debug mode by setting the DEBUG variable to 1
    2. Go to the plugin management interface and do a retry for the LetsEncrypt plugin
    3. Provide us with the full plugin module log that you can find in the /var/log/imscp directory
