PHP Settings does not work properly for client

    You misunderstood how the feature is working.

    • The administrator give permissions to resellers
    • The resellers give permissions to their customers (that is the interface from the screenshot you posted above)
    • The customers change their PHP settings in their own interface, according the permissions given by their resellers.

    To resume, the option shown in your screenshot, when set to yes, make the customer able to enable/disable allow_url_fopen through its own PHP editor interface. This is a permissions, not a switch for the PHP directive itself.
