When asked, choose Bind9 server. Once after, you'll be able to enable custom DNS feature for your client as showed by @kess

In the image I have shared above, that is what I was trying to do.

Cropped screenshots are not really informative.
So, login as administrator -> Switch to reseller -> Edit Domain of the customer. There should be the setting for Custom DNS.

I logged in as Admin, then was trying to give this permission to reseller. Was I doing it wrong?
