Problem fixed. Your vm is an OpenVZ container. There is a bug in version 1.3.1 for OpenVZ. See OpenVZ - Update from I-MSCP 1.3.0 to 1.3.1 failed - calling mount() Operation not permitted
This bug will be fixed in version 1.3.2. For now, I've patched your code
