www subdomain not reachable

    Hello,


    my own website is reachable by typing so-geht-es.org in the browser.


    But it is not reachable by using www.so-geht-es.org instead.


    It works fine for some time. Only thing I did was a update to current release.


    How to fix that? What to check?


    I was wondering if someone can give me a hint here, before I start fixing it.

    I'm sure you have a DNS problem. The www subdomain is showing to another IP. Just ping both addresses.
