    Are you using the RoundcubePlugins plugin for the sieve feature?

    After disabling the plugin, you can send mails again?

    Hi, Please try to send a email to another recipient (hotmail is something strict in their policy).
    Your network may be blocked by hotmail.

    Where have you checked this?
    Hotmail has his own blacklists.


    If microsoft dont unblock your IP soon try to resend the unblockage formular again after one week.
